How To Lose Weight Quickly
In this article I will tell you exactly what you are going to
need to do if you want to loose that extra weight as quickly
as possible. But first of all, the number one thing you
must understand when it comes to loosing weight,
which a lot of people seem to overlook for some
strange, unapparent reason, is that in order to loose
weight you need to burn more calories then you eat.
It’s as simple as that!
If you are just starting off I would recommend you start by
lowering your daily calorie intake by 400 to 500 calories
of what you are currently in-taking. This isn’t difficult at all.
You don’t even have to exercise to loose some weight;
however, for those that do, it helps tremendously. From my
experience, the biggest part of loosing weight isn’t necessarily
exercising, but it’s your diet. Exersicing is only 30% of the
battle, and diet is the rest.
Now when I speak of diet, I’m not talking about one of those
things when you starve yourself to death and only eat two
eggs a day. When I talk about diet, I am referring to the things
you eat on a daily basis. If you are reading this article you
probably aren’t eating the best of foods, and have room for
improvement in your diet. You have to start eating wholesome
foods, let me repeat, you have To start eating WHOLESOME
foods!
Here are just a few ways you can definitely cut back 400 to
500 calories a day.
Mayonnaise- You don’t need it, its extremely fattening. People
that eat sandwiches think they’re eating healthy, but I can
assure you, that if there’s mayonnaise on it, there’s nothing
healthy about it.
Soda/alcohol- This is definitely a no- no. All you should be
drinking is water, and If you’re a coffee drinker, only take it
black.
Fried Foods- don’t touch them.
Ice Cream/pastries- I don’t think so…
Juice- is not necessary, but you can drink it occasionally
Salad Dressings- Go with the non-fat salad dressings. One
serving of dressing Has a 100+ calories
THINGS YOU CAN EAT…
-vegetables
- Nuts and natural peanut butter- nuts are super high in fat
but the oils from it are essential to the body- again don’t over
do it. Your body needs some fat, don’t deprive it of it completely,
just make sure it’s the good kind.
- Non-Fat yogurt
- Protein/ and Protein bars- This is important, because a lot of
people that loose weight think they’re only loosing fat, and that
is not the case. They also loose muscle mass due to their poor
diets. A high protein diet ensures that you are strictly loosing fat
and not muscle.
This doesn’t mean a low carb diet. In fact, as a rule of thumb
you want to be eating just as many carbs as you do protein.
It’s a balance between the two.
And if you eat fast food a lot, make sure you stick to the criteria
above. Some fast food isn’t that bad for you.
Follow this regime and you’ll be well on your way to slimming
down in no time….
