Distant healing helps heal a person on all levels, in many situations. This article is a continuation of an earlier article on the benefits of distant healing energy.

- On an emotional level, Reiki helps heal hurt, allowing the person to view personal relationships from an empowering perspective. It can make you aware of relationships and situations which are toxic. It can brings harmful patterns of thinking to your consciousness for healing. It can help combat smoking, eating, shopping and chemical addictions.
- As Reiki reduces anxiety, it enables positive choices of action. It can be a complimentary depression treatment.

How Does Distance Reiki Heal?
This energy treatment is administered by an attuned practitioner or Reiki Master. It is the facilitating Universal Life Force energy by which you can heal yourself. The energy, Universal Life Force, goes through the practitioner and is funneled into the recipient. In in-person treatments, the practitioner is laying on hands on the clothed body of the recipient.
Distance healing works by intend of the practitioner or Reiki Master. In most cases, the practitioner giving distance healing still goes through the various hand positions and may use a ‘proxi’ to facilitate the process.
Healing energy can not heal you against your conscious or subconscious will. With your consent, it automatically goes where it’s most needed to help you heal on a physical, emotional, mental and/or spiritual level.
