The Best Exercise To Lose Weight

In this article you are going to find out the secret I used
to lose over 20 pounds in two months without a
hardcore diet, and without an intense workout program
that involves running 7 miles a day everyday.

A lot of people say that running and jogging is the best

way to burn fat and loose weight, and it’s true, it’s very,
very effective, for people that aren’t extremely over weight.
But I’ve noticed that a lot of people, me being one of them,
just can’t stand to jog or run 30 minutes every single day.
It’s just agonizing and boring. The longest I can last is
10 minutes, only to burn a measly 160 calories or so.

I knew there just had to be a way to get rid of the excess
fat without the intense cardio, and thats when I found it.
The elliptical machine. For those of you that don’t know
what this particular machine looks like, you can search
under images in Google. Just type in “elliptical machine”
in Google and it will bring up a picture for you. You can
find this machine in any of your local gyms.

This piece of exercise equipment is such a blessing,
because not only is it a 100 times less intensive than
running or jogging, but it also allows you to burn a lot
more calories because you are able to last longer
on this thing.

Typically I spend about 30 minutes a day on it, on a
level 10 resistance, which allows me to burn about
500 calories a day. And the best part is that when I
am done with it, I’m not on the verge of collapsing
and dying, figuratively speaking.

With this exercise, it gives you the opportunity to actually
follow through with your weight loss regime, because it isn’t
something that you are dreading to do all day long. It makes
shredding those pounds a more enjoyable experience than
does running or jogging.

So the next time you find your self at the gym, go
and look for this particular machine rather than
going straight to the treadmills. I promise that
you won’t be disappointed.

In conclusion, i am not saying in any way that
running and jogging isn’t a good way to burn fat
because if you can endure the pain it is the best
and most effective way. But when it comes down
to people having trouble with consistency it is
definitely not the way to go.
