Become A Positive Person

Being in a depressed state causes what I call the “Me Syndrome”. If you are depressed or know someone who is depressed, what is the most prevalent thing on your mind? When I am in that zone all I can think about is how awful I feel. I don’t function as a wife or a mother and I just want to be left alone. The last thing on my mind is keeping my house clean; doing dishes, making money or giving hugs and kisses to my children. When I come out of these zones I am riddled with guilt when I see the state that I have left my family in. My children become very sensitive and fight and argue with me and each other. My husband is afraid to talk to me for fear he might say something to set me off. My home is in total disarray. The scary thing to me is that I don’t notice any of this while I’m in a state of depression. All I notice is that no one respects my right to privacy. Thus, the “Me Syndrome”.

Meditate Your Way To Sleep

You had a long and stressful day at work and now you are ready to relax and prepare yourself for bed. But somehow, your mind just wouldn’t switch off. You’re still thinking of the events that happened at work today, or are worried about the important meeting you’re going to have tomorrow. You can almost hear the mechanism in your brain still actively whirring – it just wouldn’t wind down. You really need that quality sleep so that you can be refreshed for work tomorrow. But sleep isn’t coming. You toss and turn in frustration, trying to force yourself to sleep – but somehow you know that’s not going to happen, and you’re likely to step into the office the next day feeling like a zombie as usual.

Human Intelligence - Solve Your Problems

Some people have immense difficulty in deciding what to do and solving their problems. They let their problems and lack of solutions continue bothering them, but not because their problems cannot really be solved. They only do this because they don’t know how to solve them, they cannot see the most important issues and what is really provoking their problems, or because they stick to the same rut, feeling surrounded by hurdles from all sides.

Many people suffer from doubt, which is sometimes so strong that it makes them doubt even the most probable facts and deductible consequences and assume that they are going to happen exactly as they predict based on their previous experiences.

Herbal Remedies For Depression - Herbal Mixtures

Most of us feel sad, miserable or ‘down in the dumps’ sometimes. We can feel like this when someone we love has died or moves away or we have lost a job or our home or have difficult things or circumstances to cope with. Usually, these feeling become less intense over time — especially, when other good things are happening in our life. However, when these feeling of being sad or down are intense and persistent and stop us from doing the things that we would normally do then it is likely that we have a depressive illness.

Suicide Help - Courage To Live

The meaning of life depends on the meaning of death, and the meaning of death cannot be dependent on the human being’s decision because death is the end of life and life is too important to be dependent on an ignorant person’s decision.

The human being must suffer in order to become sensitive, so that one will have compassion for others and stop being violent and evil. This is not my personal conclusion, but a conclusion resulting from the study of the meaning of life and death through dream interpretation according to the method of Carl Jung. Moreover, many scientific discoveries have confirmed his theory, after his death.
