An exercise that can be done anytime of the day - no gym required!

This is an exercise that can be done everyday.  Morning, Noon and Night…it’s a beautiful feeling, it’s easy to do…and the more you practice doing this, you’ll be doing it automatically.  What an attractive, exhilarating exercise.  You too can have a secret laugh and/or a silent giggle within yourself. - Keep those Lips Smiling.

Today I would like to write a quick message.  This came to me this morning as I was working out.  We speak about how to eat the right foods to nourish our bodies.  Drink plenty of liquids so we don’t get dehydrated.  Fuel our minds with positive information.  Workout with weights to keep those muscles strong.  Do cardio to allow the heart to stay strong and keep beating.

One of the most influential forces to shape many of our actions in life is the power of habit . Habit is often overlooked (perhaps because of its simplicity) when we consider why we do or don’t do certain things. If a person were to ask: “Why do I come home from work and sit in front of the TV instead of going for a walk?” or “Why do I go to the refrigerator every time I’m bored?” it seems too easy to answer “Because I’m used to doing it” . But the reality is you do it because it has become a HABIT.
